Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer Trainer to train and upskill our development team in modern AI tools and practices, with a strong focus on Claude Code. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on development expertise with strong training and communication abilities to effectively guide engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on Claude Code and AI-driven development practices
Design and deliver structured training programs, workshops, and learning materials
Mentor developers and provide hands-on guidance during implementation
Evaluate team performance and track learning progress
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and developer tools
Collaborate with leadership to align training with business goals

Required Skills

Strong experience in software development (any modern programming language)
Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools
Proven experience in training, mentoring, or coaching technical teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in AI/ML or Generative AI tools
Prior experience as a technical trainer or instructor
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience

3+ years of development experience
1+ year of training or mentoring experience
