Job Description

Primary Responsibilities- senior level PM experience in an Oracle environment where you have ideally run projects that impact the Oracle E-business Suite, such as finance, HR supply chain and more.
- Lead the finance modernization and ERP transformation program end‑to‑end.
- Run and oversee the full RFP process for selecting the Systems Integrator (SI).
- Provide high-level solution architecture guidance for Oracle.
- Drive transformational change across finance, supply chain, and capital processes.
- Challenge vendor proposals, cost estimates, technical solutions, and SI approaches.
- Establish process consistency and modern ways of working.
- Engage senior leadership and influence decision-making.
- Collaborate with EY on data strategy and competitive positioning.

- Financial systems
- Supply chain
- Capital lifecycle management
- Field service

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong ERP transformation leadership (Oracle preferred).
- Experience leading full lifecycle finance transformations.
- Ability to challenge vendors and validate SI proposals.
- Strong program management and change leadership.
- High-level solution architecture capability.
- Ability to drive process standardization and upskill teams.

 

Additional Skills & Qualifications

The client is preparing to modernize/replace its core financial systems (Oracle EBS → Oracle Fusion). They require a Program Manager/Solutions Architect with strong ERP finance transformation experience. This role fills a critical skills gap and will lead the financial modernization effort.

Bonus Skills:
- Utility sector ERP experience.
- RFP execution expertise.
- Data strategy familiarity (Microsoft/Snowflake/Databricks).

 

Work Environment

hybrid- will need to travel to Tucson one week per month, ideally
