Dynamics 365 F&O Migration (Contract) - there are 2 positions

 

Location: remote but MUST reside in Texas or Louisiana because 25% monthly travel required –

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support data migration from Microsoft Great Plains to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  2. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data using Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  3. Analyze legacy data structures and map to Dynamics 365 F&O schema.
  4. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor migration progress and data integrity.
  5. Conduct data validation and reconciliation post-migration.
  6. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure data requirements are met.
  7. Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in ERP migration projects.
  2. Strong proficiency with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  3. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Great Plains (GP).
  4. Solid understanding of financial and operational data structures.
  5. Willingness and ability to travel monthly to client sites in Texas and Louisiana.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with SQL, Azure Data Factory, or other ETL tools.
  2. Prior consulting or contract experience with ERP implementations.

Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards
