Client Domain: Utility

Location: Need someone who can travel to Los Angeles, CA for client workshops. (Client will pay expenses)

Duration: 12+ Months

Job description:

Proven experience working as an SAP IS-U Consultant or Contractor with a focus on BPEM exception management.

In-depth knowledge of SAP IS-U modules, specifically billing and device management functionalities.

Strong understanding of BPEM (Business Process Exception Management) concepts, tools, and techniques.

Proficiency in SAP IS-U configuration and customization related to BPEM exception handling.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation and process adherence.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working in the utilities industry.
