SAP BI Solution Architect/Senior BI Developer

 Houston, TX (local only) 3 days hybrid (USC, GC, GCEAD, H1B)

 (Need hands on Development please do not functional architect, Enterprise Architect Need Technical Lead or Senior SAP BI Developer with strong SAP BW (Business warehouse exp. on HANA)

 

 

• Our direct client is looking for a Sr. SAP BI Solution Architect/Senior Developer Contractor for a 6-12 month contract role in Houston, TX.  Zip: 77056
• Industry: Oil/Gas
• Hybrid Work Schedule:  3 days onsite/2 days remote
• Will work directly with business users and build SAP BW/HANA supporting analytics reporting Solutions
• Must be strong technically and good business communication skills.

Client needs someone who can:

• 8+ years SAP Analytics exp, modelling, and development exp (BW, BW on HANA, Business explorer, Power BI)
• Strong SAP BW on HANA objects
• Exp designing and configuring BW/HANA objects
• Exp with data modeling & dimensional modeling
• Full Lifecyle BI implementation exp and custom development
• Exp translating business requirements into tech design
• Strong Communication Skills
• Gather requirements from business
• Design Solutions
• Support reporting across Finance and Supply Chain

NICE TO HAVE:

• S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics
• Datasphere
• Business Explorer (BEx)
• Power BI exposure

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather Reporting Requirements from business
• Work with Finance (FI), Sales (SD), Materials (MM), PM, Supply Chain
• Design and Develop BW/HANA datasphere solutions
• Write Functional & Technical Documentation
• Maintain and support BW and S/4 Analytics
• Troubleshoot data Inconsistencies
• Provide user support and Training

 

Pre-screen Questionnaire:

1. How many years of SAP BI exp as an Architect and developer?

3.  How many years of exp designing and configuring SAP BI/HANA objects?

4.  Years of exp in requirements gathering, data analysis, data mapping and dimensional modeling

5.  Exp with full lifecycle bi deployments and custom development

6.  Any exp with design, develop, test, implement BW/HANA/Datasphere solutions and enhancements.
