There is definitely the possibility of integrating it! It's a matter of someone working through the packaging tutorial and creating a package. https://docs.sandstorm.io/en/latest/vagrant-spk/packaging-tutorial/

The main things to consider are, I believe:

- Adding an authentication plugin to RT/OTRS so that they understand Sandstorm authentication https://docs.sandstorm.io/en/latest/developing/auth/

- Configuring RT/OTRS to send email via Sandstorm's email system https://docs.sandstorm.io/en/latest/developing/email-from-apps/

- Configuring RT/OTRS to receive email via Sandstorm's email system, which for now means you'd have to configure an external SMTP service so that nice...@example.com forwards to randomP...@sandstorm.example.com

In case people are interested in doing that, now you know what you'd need to do!

I would find these apps very useful myself!
