MINGLING COURSE:
Homemade hand-twisted pretzel bites served with Jack Daniels sweet &
spicy deli mustard.
Paired with: Great Divide Hoss Rye Lager
SALAD:
Fresh-topped spring greens with a whiskey and ginger vinaigrette,
topped with a fried tomato slice.
Paired with: Miner’s Mule (High West Silver Whiskey, ginger ale, and
fresh muddled cucumber)
APPETIZER:
Grilled Egyptian Flatbread topped with slow-roasted Pulled Pork
smothered in homemade Jack Tennessee Honey BBQ sauce with a drizzle of
cheddar and fire-roasted corn sauce.
Paired with: Tennessee Honey spiked sweet tea
ENTRÉE:
Southern Comfort Peppercorn Ribeye, flame-grilled, cascaded with
Mushroom Cream Sauce and served with bacon-wrapped okra and
jalapeno/orange marmalade glazed corn on the cob.
