Is there anybody heart the super loud radio from 205? Police came and
said unless we can force him move through condo board, or we just
suffers it, there is not much they can really do. It will be a huge
change by just making the building silent.

It is almost May.  It is time to notice the condo manager that we wont renew the contract.
Otherwise, they will do it automatically.

Hi Lou, the preparations are underway to go self managed. I have an approved budget for the 2010-2011. We will need you or your wife to take on official treasurer duties if we are going self managed. I also met someone who is a condo board president of a self managed condo and he should be coming in to give me tips on how to structure our self managed entity. Things are moving fast so lets get together this coming weekend to figure things out. Tell me a time and I can either swing over to your place or you can drop by mine.
