Tips for getting removed from CA state agency documents mailing list

Hi there,
Hope you are all doing well. Does anyone have any tips for getting removed from CA state agency documents mailing lists, or know of a person who was able to get this completed successfully? Most of the time when I've called, the operator is not aware of this program and are not sure how to refer me.
