Details for Thursday's Meeting

Just a few details for Annelise, Azalea, Kelly & Judith (& Lynette): 

• Use the East Entrance to the campus
• After entering campus via the East Entrance, stay in the left lane to stop at the kiosk to pick up your free permit.
• Tell the attendant you're here for the SanDocs meeting
• You'll be given a pink pass to be displayed on your dashboard 
• You'll then proceed to your designated parking space in the Mission Parking Structure. 
• From there, it's a short walk to the meeting location in the Pardee Legal Research Center 
• You can also use this interactive campus map to find anything else on campus you might need.
• Our meeting will be in the Shared Office at the Legal Research Center. Circulation Desk staff will direct you.

It's Spring Break for all but the Law School, so the campus should be pretty quiet.  See you Thursday at 9 a.m.

HI All,

I am sorry to cancel at such last minute, but Lynette and I will not be coming to the meeting. Dannis Mitchell, my dear friend and mainstay in Archives as well as longtime coworker with Lynette, passed away unexpectedly last week.

Everyone on campus is in shock and in the Library we are trying to pick up the pieces after 25 years of her support, creativity and friendship. As I am overwhelmed with tasks she always managed, I just can't get away. Lynette does not have a car at her disposal, so if I don't come, she cant.

I hope you still get together and keep us in your thoughts.
