Dear Friends- Many of you came into contact
with Jim Rough last September 23, 2009 at the Center for Social Justice at Lincoln High Schkool. He came out of the International Association for Public Participation Conference to speak to a group of you there on Dynamic Facilitation and Wisdom Councils. There is a wonderful article about these methods by him in the March issue of The Life Connection. It is at distribution outlets , e.g., Peoples Food Coop, now, and is entitled "Wise Democracy: A Strategy to Involve Citizens, Overcome Partisanship, and Solve Impossible Public Issues."
