adjusting to the cancellation for tonight

Dear Friends-
     Jay Maniego of the Health Services Complex just called me back.  I had emailed him about our cancellation tonight, but have been unable to get through to anyone, directly, until now, though I have been trying all morning..
He assured me that the Security Guard on duty tonight would be well informed  that our Global Culture Network reservation for our Village Square Program was canceled for tonight and our replacement program was To Be Announced.  He, also, is making available to us an easel before the main entrance to all of the rooms on which we may want to put our message about the cancellation.  I will take care of that.

Thanks again John!  (I'm not sure why I'm getting yours and Jeannel's e-mail messages (same exact ones) two or three times today)  Oh well, better duplicates than none at all... BTW, all folks on my lists have been notified, both on internet and on cell phones.  Hopefully we won't even need to worry about anyone showing up for no reason.
