On May 15 theres was a lectur at Ring 76 meating spot in San Diego and
it was asome. The two Gentelmen who put on the lectur did amazing card
magic and one did a rootean on maches. All around it was asome.

But I hand one problem with the lectur they did not tell some of the
card tricks that some of the people wont to see. But if you wonted to
know how it works you had to buy there dvd, book, and tircks that they
had for sale. I understand they need to make there money to. I got the
lectur notes and in there theres only one thing in there that you can
do and all the others you need to get the trick deck of cards to make
that trick work.

I think when you go to magic lectur; your there to learn something new
or how to beeter your self in how you perform your magic. Like how to
walk up to someone or how to present your self as an magician. Engouh
of all that.

Good lectur and hope they come back again to s.d to lectur.

I also bought the notes, and I am dismayed that they are apparently
useless. In their defence, they were at the end of their lecture
circuit, so they had run out of many items.

I like the lecture, but their prices were high. I *did* buy the Oil
and Water routine, but I am still stinging over the $40 price.

Despite the language barrier, I believe Danny daOrtiz was simply
amazing. His ability to control cards, and his custom wallet were
nothing short of spectacular. (I just wish the wallet was not $70.)

I did not buy any of the DVDs because I have enough DVDs that I need
to watch, and based on what I saw I figured I would keep to the $80 I
spent on the notes and two tricks. I can always track them down via
their website.
