Grand Magic Shop and Cruisin' Grand

through September 28th, the Escondido Downtown Business Association is
sponsoring it's weekly "Cruisin' Grand" event.

The <a href="http:www.grandmagicshop.com">Grand Magic Shop</a> will be
open during those hours. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet with
fellow magicians as well as perform.
I myself was able to perform a "dime & penny" as well as "color monte"
on several people. I have also determined that I have <b><i>finally</
i></b> gotten the hang of the "French drop," a move that had been
driving me insane for several months. The first time I performed the
color monte for the evening was for two young boys. They were so
impressed that a about and hour later they brought them mother back
(the money supply). I performed it for her as well, and as a result
JP, the shop owner, sold <i>two</i> color monte packets!
I was stunned when he thanked me by giving me by giving me a copy of
Jay Sankey's DVD <i>Nailed</i>.
For an openind day, the turnout was low for the shop. But I am
certain that as the days get longer and warmer there will be more and
more magicians showing up and showing what they can do.
