New magic shops in San Diego!

It's been a long, long time. I have recently been told that the Magic
Bug is back in business, and now has a total of three locations in
Southern California, two of which are in San Diego county.
Years ago, I was talking to the owner of the now-defunct Grand Magic
shop. We were talking about customer traffic. JP said that the bulk
of his business was the after school crowd from the local Middle and
High schools. I took this information home, and it occurred to me
that today's kids spend quite of bit of their time at the mall. I
told JP this, and he said malls are very expensive. Granted, I said,
but if your store cost doubles but your income quadruples, your are
still way ahead of the game. Alas, for reasons unknown JP suddenly
closed his shop. I hope he is doing well; I really miss that place.
But back to the Magic Bug. The two locations in San Diego are in
(wait for it) malls! One is located in Chula Vista's Plaza Bonita,
the other is in El Cajon's Parkway Plaza.
