Hello,
I've done a lot of work with FR4 but I'm doing my first Aluminum core PCB design. It's fairly simple, one layer, LED board but the mechanical engineer needs Al-core for heat dissipation. Does anyone have any advice on what to do (or not to do) when designing an aluminum core board? I've spoken with my PCB vendor and they had some good advice (mainly keep it simple) but thought this group would be good to ask too.

Thanks,
Derek
