Xilinx DDR

Has anyone used the Xilinx memory control blocks to interface to DDR memory in an Altium FPGA project?  I'm using the Spartan 6 LX75 FPGA which has dedicated memory control blocks to interface to DDR but I'm not certain that Altium Designer supports use of these.  Anyone know?
