We need C# / .NET / Azure developers managing HR applications experience. This will give them business awareness of HR functions. Core requirement is C# / .NET / Azure developers and Data bricks only.

We are looking at C# / .NET / Azure developers who have maintained HR applications. They would also have some domain experience.
Need candidates with an understanding of HR business practices AND hands-on technical experience.

Focus is not on Workday.

Competencies: 10-14+ years experience required!

Job Title: Technical Business Analyst - Technical Business Analyst with C#. NET

Essential Skills:
Must have HR Business knowledge working in Payroll| Employee Verification| Labor Standards| Time Attendance| Gratuity and Workday integration knowledge
10-14 years working experience in multiple projects with strong knowledge technically in C| ASP.NET| Azure Function Apps | Azure Data Factory| Azure DevOps
Must have worked on end-to-end from requirements till implementation in large engagements.
Must have experience in Development and Support Projects.
Candidate must have very good knowledge understanding the HR domain and Integrations along with good Technical Knowledge in .NET

Role Descriptions:
1. Requirements Gathering Documentation
Define and document business needs| goals| and workflows.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers and engineers.
Capture functional and nonfunctional requirements in detail.

2. Technical Analysis Solution Design
Analyze existing systems| data flows| APIs| and integrations to understand technical constraints.
Review solution designs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve system workflows and business processes.

3. Collaboration Across Teams
Work closely with IT| engineering| product| QA| and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding.
Support sprint planning| backlog refinement| and scope clarification during Agile ceremonies.
Liaise with internal departments and endusers to validate system functionality.

4. Development and Support
Ability to Work in the development life cycle like developing and assisting User Stories
Ability to work in support cycle like monitoring jobs etc

5. Testing| Troubleshooting Quality Assurance
Conduct testing| troubleshooting| and debugging to optimize system performance.
Ensure systems meet business expectations before deployment.
Validate integrations| data accuracy| and endtoend workflows.

6. Project Change Management Support
Lead or support project planning| scheduling| and risk management activities.
Assist in managing technical deliverables and ensuring timely execution.
Support change management by preparing documentation| training materials| and communication plans.

7. System Implementation - Optimization
Implement new systems| applications| and enhancements in collaboration with technical teams.
Integrate new software solutions with existing business operations.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.

8. Reporting Compliance
Create and maintain detailed reports on system performance and project progress.
Ensure compliance with IT regulations| licensing| and security standards
