"Role Overview
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will be responsible for driving successful adoption and sustained usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot across enterprise users. This role focuses on user handholding, training delivery, webinar facilitation, communications, and overall change enablement, working closely with business, IT, security, and Copilot technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute a Copilot adoption and change management strategy aligned to business objectives and user personas.
• Conduct change impact assessments and identify resistance points and mitigation strategies.
• Design and deliver persona-based training programs, including live webinars, workshops, and recorded sessions.
• Provide post-training handholding through office hours, drop-in clinics, and guided Copilot usage sessions.
• Develop and execute communication plans including awareness campaigns, leadership messaging, and user communications.
• Build and manage a Copilot Champions / Change Agents network across departments.
• Capture user feedback, track adoption metrics, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with technical, security, and governance teams to reinforce responsible AI, compliance, and guardrails."
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 or similar enterprise collaboration platforms. Organizational Change Management, Digital Workplace Adoption, or Technology Enablement. Microsoft 365 Copilot usage across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
