Last Pitch Contest: Reading/Scoring Applications is upon us!

It seems like only yesterday we were reading the applications for the 3rd pitch contest, and now the 4th is upon us! Thank you for the time you’ve devoted to helping get the applications scored – and now that we’ve all gotten good at it, I’m hoping you can devote another 30-60 minutes for our last contest in the series.
We have 49 applications in – already a record – and the deadline is midnight on Monday! I am hoping to send out applications for reading later today, so we get a jump on it, like last time.
One change we’ve decided on is to have your comments be forwarded to the entrepreneur, so they get some feedback from the readers. The trick here is to be encouraging and honest at the same time – if you see deficiencies, point them out and if possible suggest ways to address them. Don’t hold back – but please don’t be harsh. And feel free to sprinkle in some compliments as well! The applicants are going to be thrilled to receive feedback, including criticisms.
Because all of you have been so consistent at helping out each contest, I’m going to assume that you’ll be able to read and score applications by the end of day Tuesday next week – unless I hear otherwise. If you can’t do it, please email me directly.
