There’s a ton going on - hope to see everyone! 

 

Last meeting, two weeks ago, we spent a lot of time going over real estate ideas with Tom, including in particular what kinds of people we might offer space to - and charge them as well.  We have a lot to learn in this area, but the idea of having ‘tenants’ who add to the community (this is key) but also can contribute financially is a powerful one that we want to explore and make happen.

Real Estate:  Business model progress, space visits, need for RFP (Tom, Theresa, Fred)

Marketing:  Upcoming events, thoughts on press relations, possible team additions (Emil)
