Hi All,

To kick things off for the Sandbox Real
Estate Team, let's target later this week for a brief, face-to-face meeting.
Main agenda item is to get everyone updated on the broader incubator (now
referred to IdeaLaunch) plans and the more specific role / responsibilities
of our real estate team. Location most likely the Sandbox offices at
Wannalancit Mills in Lowell.

week. Instead, I am trying to determine ~3 - 4 days (along with times) that
would work for the 1st week of May. I'm hoping to get these out to all of

I received 4 responses to the Doodle survey re: proposed date for our first
team meeting this week. Based on the responses, there was very little
overlap on availability. So no meeting this week. We'll shoot for next
week. I will be sending out a new Doodle survey request for proposed dates
and times next week. In the meantime, please send me your preferences on
what day(s) of week and time(s) of day work best for you.

Regarding our proposed trip to Artisans Asylum (AA) in Somerville this
Thursday, there were only two people (Raj and myself) available. Given the
level of interest (i.e., most people would like to attend), let's postpone
this visit a bit as well. I will check with the team at AA to see when they
are available in the coming week or so. Will set up a Doodle survey for
this as well.

Special request. Please give some thought to potential locations in both
Lowell and Lawrence suitable for our upcoming Sandbox pitch contests.
General requirements include seating capacity for ~200 - 225 people
(minimum), stage / podium for speakers / presenters, good acoustics / sound
system / audiovisual, space for refreshments, etc. It's not a requirement,
but it would be good if the proposed locations / facilities could also be
used longer term to house our proposed incubator / accelerator. We will
discuss this in more detail at our first meeting.
