Is it only possible to generate a form in registering it with its ring
route ? I'd like to have my form as a pop-up embedded in another
page.
Also, if I don't like the HTML generated (e.g. I don't like the use of
<table> in there), can I control that ?

When this library is finished you will be able to do both.
Take a look at the sandbar.example.forms.without-macros namespace for
some ideas on how to do what you are trying to do in version 0.3.0.
The current work in 0.4.0-SNAPSHOT is addressing these very issues.
Hopefully I will have some time soon to finish this.
