Sailing schedule changes

Greeting fellow skippers!!
Beautiful day on the pond today

Today Sunday 6/3/2012 the club had a vote to alter our sailing
schedule.

The changes are as follows:

Sundays Noon until 2:00pm USOM Boats, Sunday 2:00pm until no finish
time set.

Wednesdays from 4:30-5:00 until dusk RG65

Reminder that sailing at Sand Point Park the last Sunday of the month
unless a series race is in effect. Which this month June, we will have
the start of our summer Soling series beginning Sunday June 24th the
last Sunday in June. So the next Sand Point Sailing event will be
Sunday July 29th.

We need to get some creative juices flowing and come up with a design
for the clubs flag to be flown under the US Flag on our new portable
flag pole. Anyone with creative graphic arts abilities is welcome to
submit an electronically formatted version preferably in a jpeg file
format of their design and the club can vote on the best overall
design…..hey Butch that was a little hint hint…

Another reminder the upcoming soling hot dog regatta is coming up and
we want to be sure and have enough food, workers and skippers sailing
in the event. Everyone please check your calendars and send me a not
confirming your decisions. I will be performing the RD duties…pretty
sure I have scoring and line judging covered.

Also Mr Carter advised that there is room downtown on Thursday evening
to showcase our boats and possibly encourage new members to join in
our fun. Please let me know if anyone wants to participate, I am
willing to try and coordinate with Mr Carter.
