So I wired up a JR programmer to a trinity just now and the console wasn't being detected. Probably bad soldering idk. The Jr programmer was detected in JRunner, but console was not "0x00000000". I started playing around with the jr programmer v2. I held the reset button and flipped the switch farther from the usb(NOT the bootloader switch) and windows 10 immediately lost sight of the programmer. Now plugging it in does absolutely nothing in windows 10 unless I put it into bootloader mode, it will show as USB input device.

You need to program the glitcher to the correct file with the right timing (experiment even).
Im currently trying to do the same and wish I could find my Buspirate, else I have to either get my RaspberryPi or Xilinx programmer from the basement.
