I was doing some research on the 4 regulative principles.  Some very serious work has been done on this issue.  I am attempting to round up all of this information.   The hope is to create a more comprehensive presentation that is easier to understand and follow. 
 
While doing this I ran across an old passage found in the Srimad Bhagavatam Purports of AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.  I thought this passage was very important.  Therefore, I have created a web page with this purport presented without alternation.
