Bobcat Followup

I forgot to update everyone on the bobcat site clearing that we were supposed to have last week. After lifting the plastic some, we, with the help of Mary Ann Ohlenbusch, determined that all the covered grass isn't quite dead yet. Pretty surprising after over thee months under cover, but Mary Ann recommended that we delay one more month before moving dirt around for the new bed configuration. In the meanwhile, Jon and Varqua, both new members of the garden, trimmed up the sidewalks, and pulled out of big weeds. The street presence is really starting to look great with all of our recently donated native plants settling in.

So, now we'll plan for middle of November for Bobcatting. I'd like to have at least one good workday before then, but for now nothing big. -Marc
