to SAGO, Mary Ann Ohlenbusch
Sorry it's been quiet here guys, but my new job took most of my time over the fall. I know this isn't a proper update, but Mrs. Ohlenbusch (our master gardener, owner) had decided she wanted to close the garden in November after not keeping up the appearance during the slowdown. She didn't mean the plastic or weeds necessarily, but all the trash and debris that had accumulated. I should have made a push for it, but it got lost in my list of to-dos. In the end, she had the brush pile cleared, but there is more to do.

I spoke with her this past weekend, and she'd like to let us continue with the scaled back garden (basically everything under plastic right now), but we need to clean things up some more. Can a couple of you move any scattered stacks of bricks to the area just south of the blue shed? I've come to realize that there is a great network of southtowners very interested in seeing the garden through, so can some of y'all help out here? It'd be the first simple step towards a now rescheduled spring garden. I'd be happy to meet people down there Saturday to help out, but my weekdays are workdays for me now.

I've copied Mary Ann in case she needs to elaborate on where she'd like to move things. Please copy me if you contact her directly.

Marc
