Error compiling Sana development trunk

Hello, 

I downloaded the development trunk and while compiling, it is giving me error in two files. 

DispatchService where a DispatchException has not been caught and in

ObservationDAO where private attributes have been accessed from elsewhere.

I was just wondering if files not been synced properly in the trunk?
