Dear all,

I'm very pleased to see this website and there are so many people
involved. My navy career was the best time of my life (even if I did
not think so at the time).

I look forward to meeting with the 'old hands' at my visit. I
currently do some business with the dept of public works who owns the
dock yard and with the SAN. I will post my website once the upgraded
version is on line.

I have a bonus entry and that person is my uncle, also residing in
Pretoria, who qualified in around '78 or '9, CJ van Zyl. I'll bring
him along at the next get-together.
