Jill,

 

Google has a new shared document service called Google Docs - log in and create a new document (just like MS Word), then you can give permissions for others to edit it. That way, it can stay one document.

 

Give it a try and let me know if you need some tech help. You can also create a document under the group email name and then give me permission to view it. I can try and figure it out from there...
