Please advise Matt Levine (mattl...@usa.com) as soon as you have decided what you will prepare this year and in what quantities . . . whether you are a previous contributor and honoree or want to join in the fun for the first time. (There will be no hazing of newcomers). The most popular categories of baked goods include fruit pies, quiche, cakes, scones, muffins, bread loaves. . . and anything chocolate (including cookies). On the jams front, while basic flavors (e.g., blueberry, cherry, strawberry, apricot) are always appreciated, unusual combinations and flavors not available at retail (Hibiscus Lime and Rise Vanilla last year) always attract adventurers.

Our next monthly gathering will be: Thursday, August 11, 2026, 7-7:30pm St. Mark's Episcopal Church 600 Colorado Avenue, Palo Alto, CA
Multifaith Voices for Peace and Justice coordinates these “Peaceful Presence” gatherings on the evening of the 11th of each month, offering a time of quiet multifaith prayers for peace and justice and strength for the journey. Each gathering is hosted by a different local faith community, includes contributions from diverse faith traditions, and has its own format and theme. All who would like to pray with others for the well-being of all are welcome.
