December 28 to January 1, Bringing our bodies to Quaker Center, and the Bible 

With Dorothy Henderson and Nora Lisette. 


January 23-25, Clerking Today, in-person, with Barbara Babin. learn the basics of the beautiful Quaker practice of Clerking: guiding groups towards collective decisions and actions by helping to discern the Sense of the Meeting. The workshop will be targeted towards clerking committees, clerking the Meeting, clerking oneself as a participant in a Meeting for Business or a committee/working group meeting, and the good order of Friends.

The Larger Quaker Community


Open for Transformation: the 2014 Swarthmore lecture on YouTube by Ben Pink Dandelion.  The small group that will be meeting for religious education in early January will all have watched this video or read the book related to the video. It’s both interesting and funny.  He has a great accent.


December 13, 11am- 12:30 pm Exploring Paths to Membership within the Pacific Yearly Meeting. A discussion of the different ways you can become a member and what membership means to you. Give your ideas about their biweekly online Meeting for Worship and explore how you can be a part of their online and in person community.

Tuesday, December 15, 5-6:30 p.m. PT. Protect, Resist & Build with AFSC Online:  Monthly webinar series that brings together AFSC constituents to learn about how to protect, resist, and build just peace, just migration, and just economies


Tuesday, December 15, 4:30-6:00 p.m. Right Sharing of World Resources: December's Right Sharing Conversation will explore RSWR's new Gratitude Curriculum that has lesson plans for both adults and children. You can check out the related Gratitude Calendars here.
