December 28 to January 1, Bringing our bodies to Quaker Center, and the Bible 

With Dorothy Henderson and Nora Lisette. 

January 23-25, Clerking Today, in-person, with Barbara Babin. learn the basics of the beautiful Quaker practice of Clerking: guiding groups towards collective decisions and actions by helping to discern the Sense of the Meeting. The workshop will be targeted towards clerking committees, clerking the Meeting, clerking oneself as a participant in a Meeting for Business or a committee/working group meeting, and the good order of Friends.

Pendle HIll Offerings:
November 15, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm PST, Listening to Spirit in Conflict. An online workshop exploring conflict. Learn skills, challenge habits, and attune to the spirit.

December 1, 4:30-6 pm. Hybrid, A Radical Side of the Early Quakers.  A First Monday Lecture on the zealous and radical early Quakers of mid-seventeenth century England.

December 3, 2025, 11am-12 pm, online. Loss and Transformation. Loss happens throughout our lives and culminates in death.  Transformations, endings, and renewals happen at many levels, from ecological, to organizational, to political.

Sunday, November 16th, zoom,  1-3 pm PT. Friends Peace Teams presents Toward Right Relationship with Native Peoples.

November 18, 5-6:30 p.m. Third Tuesdays: Protect, Resist and Build with AFSC.  Monthly webinar series that brings together AFSC constituents to learn about how to protect, resist, and build just peace, just migration, and just economies.


November 19th, 4pm PT, Quaker Earthcare Witness (QEW) presents EMERGE: Reimagining Our Values for a Restored Earth.


FCLCA: Because of your support we have completed 73 years of advocacy based on the guidance of Friends testimonies. A report on our work for the year is online here.  This week we begin our end of year fundraising campaign. We invite everyone to contribute, so that together we can continue to bring a strong voice of conscience to the state legislature and be ready in the coming year for the advocacy that is so needed in this difficult time.
