January 23-25, Clerking Today, in-person, with Barbara Babin. learn the basics of the beautiful Quaker practice of Clerking: guiding groups towards collective decisions and actions by helping to discern the Sense of the Meeting. The workshop will be targeted towards clerking committees, clerking the Meeting, clerking oneself as a participant in a Meeting for Business or a committee/working group meeting, and the good order of Friends.

December 13, 11am- 12:30 pm Exploring Paths to Membership within the Pacific Yearly Meeting. A discussion of the different ways you can become a member and what membership means to you. Give your ideas about their biweekly online Meeting for Worship and explore how you can be a part of their online and in person community.

December 1, 4:30-6 pm. Hybrid, A Radical Side of the Early Quakers. A First Monday Lecture on the zealous and radical early Quakers of mid-seventeenth century England.
December 3, 11am-12 pm, online. Loss and Transformation. Loss happens throughout our lives and culminates in death. Transformations, endings, and renewals happen at many levels, from ecological, to organizational, to political.
December 12, 12-2 pm PST. Divine Guidance in Dreams and Images. A webinar with Marcelle Martin on how divine guidance and calls have appeared both in scripture and in the dreams of Quakers.

Thursday, December 4, 8 am. Nonviolent Peaceforce (NP). Navigating Conflict: The Realities of Peacework in Crisis Affected Areas. Staff members discuss their day-to-day experiences protecting civilians in Ukraine, South Sudan, and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Region. Learn the challenges they face in their work, the moments that keep them going, and what energizes them to keep working for peace and safety in the midst of violence.
Friend In Unity with Nature working group, in the spirit of changing "Black Friday," recommends The Permagardens Foundation for those who would like to give a donation in someone's name instead of giving an object. This new Quaker based Foundation teaches villagers how to create food independence and feed their families.
