August 20th Seals Juniors Post: Next week if the last Seals camp for 2009

To all Seals Juniors

Next week, August 24 to 28, will be the final Seals camp for 2009. The
camp will be held at West Sunset field at 39th Ave and Quintara Ave
and starts at 9 AM. You can sign up by doing one of the following:

1. Send an email to sfusc...@gmail.com saying that you want to
attend the camp. We will send you a confirming email with the forms.
You can bring them to the field.

2. Download the forms from the Seals Juniors website,
http://groups.google.com/group/san-francisco-seals-juniors. The forms
are in the files section. Fill out the application form and the
medical release form.

3. Go to www.oursfeals.com and download the forms using the link at
the top of the homepage.

4. If you download the forms, just bring them with you on Monday.
Arrive at the field before 9 AM. Someone will be there to accept the
forms and the payment.

5. Even if you can't download the forms you can just show up at the
field on Monday. There's plenty of room for this camp. It will just
take you a few minutes to fill out the paper work.
