Job Description:
· 5+ Years of hands on Java and J2EE Web Development experience preferably with Oracle backend.
· Knowledge of Objects Oriented Analysis and Design, Knowledge of onsite offshore coordination.
· Knowledge of Web services, Hibernate, Struts, ant, portal and Webshaper would be highly desirable.
· Should be able to design a solution and lead offshore development team.
· Validate coding standard, code review, knowledge of Clearcase version control and code releasing.
· Should be able to estimate the task and manage deliverables.
