Google Maps - Android devices

Hello All, 

Happy Sunday! we are using google maps to show where a user is when logged in. We want to be able to show the entire globe with dots where different users have signed in. For now I can only see the Calif Coast by default with a dot in San Diego for me as  a user. I have to scroll to see the rest of the map. How can I scale the map such that it shows the entire global map by default ?
