not overlapping the IGDA thing is probably more important than keeping

Alright next week (thursday the 12th) at tabletop commons at 7pm it is then! I'm not calling in a reservation this time cause they seemed a bit salty when we didnt fill up the upper area last time

You could always change to a different venue that recognizes the value in more repeat customers.

Another thing to think about with respect to venue is timing.  An establishment that may be irritated at us bringing a measly 8 people prime time on a Thursday might be completely thrilled with that amount on a Tuesday instead.  (Tuesdays are typically pretty dead for places like that, I think).

I can't come in either case, since I'll be out of town :(.
