Game dev meetup This Saturday!

I'm new to the group, but I've been hosting a San Diego game dev meetup for the past couple years. If anyone here is interested in joining us this Saturday(October 8) for dinner let me know so I can add you to the reservation :)

**We will have a 40" Screen, a laptop or two, and a couple xbox controllers if anyone would like to show a PC/digital project!

Out of curiosity, what *is* this meetup? There's a zillion meetups in San Diego related to gamedev these days, but I'm surprised to hear of one that's been going on for the past couple years that seems to be a different one.

Actually wasn't aware of other meetups in SD until Dan told me about this group a little while back so not sure on how different ours is from any others ^ ^

I'm guessing were probably on the smaller side(12-24 people on average) and only do it twice a year :) sometimes we have board games as well people have made as well

12-24 is pretty decent-sized when compared to the San Diego Indies,
actually! :) I would join but have a ton o' family stuff that day. :(

Please definitely post here about future meetups! I, and I am sure
others on here, am definitely interested. If not for today's wacky
family schedule, I would be there. (A cellars style location?? Hell
yeah, count me in! :) ) Since Dan and Tyler left, there's not been
much indies activity on here, so some fresh injection of
blood/meetups would be great. In the meantime, you might also want to
check out the San Diego IGDA Facebook group since they have fairly
regular monthly meetups. Indies have been showing up there as well.
(The last one was 1.5 weeks ago at a brewery.)
