Sign on Torrey Pines Grade

While I was peddling slowly up Torrey Pines Grade, I saw these signs.

I wonder who put up the little sign, and I wonder how long it will stay
there.

I haven’t noticed it myself (I always forget to look), but it seems like I’ve seen photos of it for several years now. 

It’s not in the Feb 2021 Google street view

No idea who did that. But it is arguably the SD county bikeway that deserves the most bike love.
