SATBC meeting 9/15 7:00pm-Haskell!

Hi all,
I wanted to make sure you were all ready for our next book club
meeting on 9/15! It's our first meeting discussing Real World
Haskell, and the plan is to talk about Chapter 1. If you don't feel
the need for a paper copy or you just haven't gotten around to buying
it yet, you can read it online here: http://book.realworldhaskell.org/

It's worth setting up a computer to run the exercises before then, and
it would be helpful for discussion to try some or all of Chapter 1
yourself. http://haskell.org/ghc/download.html seems like the way to
get Haskell on Windows, but I'm pretty sure it can be run on just
about anything else you like.

For Mac OS X I downloaded and installed GHC-6.10.4-i386.pkg from the link Anne provided (from here.)

It worked fine once I installed the full version of Apple's XCode development environment. (The version that Apple provides for iPhone development is not sufficient.)

First impressions: Haskell is cool!
