Howdy!
The Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station, in partnership with Project MFG, is hosting a FREE regional additive manufacturing competition for high school students on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Texas A&M University. Transportation to/from the competition is the responsibility of the team.
12 teams will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Instructors must first register using the link in the attachment and will then be given instructions on how to register their students.
Teams may be composed of 3-4 students and will be tasked with producing 3D models prior to the competition that will be printed during the competition. Through on-site testing, teams will be judged on the quality of design, quality of print, print time, and part performance. The top team from the additive competition will advance to the national championship at no-cost to the team.
