This Workshop will provide a refreshing insight into the science and
experience of meditation which has a proven effectiveness in reducing
stress and improving wellbeing.
Sahaja Yoga Mediation research has also determined that mental silence
has specific physiological effects on the body and the brain.
As part of the Workshop, the audience will also learn a simple,
scientifically proven meditation skill which can be easily
incorporated into daily life.
Suitable for both beginners and regulars.
This Workshop is a Community Health event arranged by Sahaja Yoga

Die Jazz-, Gospel- und Soulsängerin Rachelle Jeanty gibt 2 Workshops
für alle, die Musik lieben, gerne mit Ausdruck und Gefühl singen und
die Kraft des heilsamen Singens für sich erfahren möchten. Dies
beinhaltet einfache Meditationstechniken mit dem Anspruch sich neu auf
sich selbst zu konzentrieren, sich von Herzen zu öffnen, mit den Füßen
zu tanzen und die Freude zu spüren! Durch die Aktivierung der
Evolutionskraft lösen sich Energieblockaden und die Freude des Spirits
kann in uns noch mehr zur Entfaltung kommen. Sie lernen Lieder aus dem
Gospel Repertoire, Gospel Harmonie, Rhythmus und Song Verwandtschaft,
Stimmentfaltung und Entspannungstechniken
