interested in working on Samvera Hyrax data-model documentation, seeking feedback

When I started looking at RDF coming out of my institution's Samvera Hyrax instance and asked about data-model documentation, I was helpfully pointed to a couple of resources with the caveat that these might be a little out of date:

* Samvera Confluence / ... / Hydra Works Data Model [1] 
* Hydra::Works PCDM Diagram [2] 

I'm interested in bringing these up to date, but I think I need input from developers. I have questions like:

* Has Samvera Hyrax's implementation of PCDM changed since these were created? Is it expected to change with Valkyrization?
* Is it possible to say anything more about what can be expected of RDF coming out of a Samvera Hyrax instance, for example regarding implementation(s) of the Linked Data Platform vocab (although, Hyrax doesn't implement LDP, Fedora 4, which my instance happens to use, does?)? Or is everything else dependent on instance details and impossible to generalize for all instances?

* Has other documentation been released which adds to or supersedes these two pages/diagrams? 

* Etc.
