Announcing Hyrax 3.2.0

Hello! The Hyrax 3.2.0 release includes a new read-only mode feature flipper, makes the Collection Model configurable so that the Collection class can be named something other than "Collection," and continues Valkyrie work behind the scenes getting us closer to a Valkyrie MVP.
