Announcing Hyrax 3.4.1

Hello! The Hyrax 3.4.1 release addresses a bug discovered in 3.4.0 where sub-collections could not be created from collections pages. Additionally, progress has been made on the ability to generate data seeds for local development environment use in addition to other minor bug fixes and documentation updates.
