After 8 years in the Cornell Library and the Samvera Community, I will be joining the Open Source Program Office at GitHub.  I will be supporting open source projects produced inside GuiHub and creating tools focused on the needs of open source development out in the community.  My last day with Cornell is May 13th.

I have learned so much from the Samvera community development process, made incredible connections, and just enjoyed my time helping move Samvera code and community forward.  I want to thank everyone I've worked with for your generous support and thoughtful contributions.

I am excited by the opportunity to join GitHub and especially to be able to continue to support open source projects in my new role.  I wish you all the best and hope our paths cross again.
