can't install samurai in local pc but want to compile the code and create similar apps

Hi everyone,

I can't install the samurai.jar from our local pc here in our company.
It forbids by our network setting. I've downloaded the coded from
http://yusuke.homeip.net/svn/samurai/trunk. Here is my question:

1. Can I create the same apps that can be installed the same as what
is on the site: http://yusuke.homeip.net/samurai/en/index.html ?

2. If yes, how can I do that?

Kindly give me some step by step instructions. thanks in advance!
