Hi,
Getting error while accessing through java. Cannot open the web
based tool to analyse.

could you check if you have enabled any theme if you are using Windows?
Changing the theme to Clasic and then trying should help.
Let me know how it works.

Thanks, I am not using any theme and my OS is windows XP pro.
